English311: Anne Frank - book review


Anne and her family had been hiding from the Nazes for over 2 years. Because she was Jews. Mant Jews were not so lucky. But she was. Annalies Marie Frank was born on June 12, 1929, in Frankfurt Germany.
Because of the brutal oppression of Jews, in 1934, Anne and her family tried to escape Nazi persuation by moving to Amsterdam in the Netherlands. When Anne was only 13 years old, her father Otto started a new business and her older sister was ordered to report to the Nazis so they could sent her away to a concentration camp. So they were trying to hide in a few rooms above Otto's business warehouse. This was a risky choise, but they knew it was way the family could stay together. She used to write a diary about her thoughts, feelings, experiences and her dreams, leaving a trcagds record of her life as a Jewish give during the Holocaust. During their hiding from Jews, A man who was received food and other supplies. Anne died of typhoid in the Bergen- belson concert ration camp shortey before her sixteenth birthday. When Anne's father returned to Amsterdam after the was their brave Dutch friends gave him his daughter's diary. Anne always dreamed of becoming a writer. She wrote short stories, fables and essays. Anne's diary was translated into over thirty languages in one of her last diary entres, Anne writes, in spite of everything, I still believed tht paople are really good at heart.

Mongolia is located in Central Asia between Russian and China. It's territory is 1566500 square kilometres. UB is Capital of Mongolia. Our country divided into 21 aimag. Mongolia- the land of blue sky is a deserts rollings glasslands dense forests and unique wild life. Mongolia is a democratic country with a multiparty system and the parliamentary power. Mongolia opened up to the outside world and close market economical system.The Mongol character has been greatly influenced by the extremes of Mongolia's geography, comprising huge rolling plateaus, rugged mountain ranges, and areas susceptible to earthquakes. On the one hand Mongolia has Hovsgol Nuur - Asia's second largest freshwater lake. Mongolian People's Republic, as it reaches the 1990s, is a small, economically developing country that has made great strides since it emerged from centuries of Chinese domination.

Eng311: A trip to Mars


Mars is the fourth planet. People call it the red planet. Because it is covered with red rocks.It's about helf as big as Earth. It's got 2 moons. There are huge valcanoss there.By now, a rocket will have set off on its 350 million mile trip to Mars and scientists must be waiting for nine months before it reaches the planet. It contains a number of scientific instrument, including a television camera. Any pictures that are taken will have to travel for three weeks before they reach the earth. If the pictures are successful they may solve a number of problems about Mars and provide information about the marking on its surface which, nearly 100 years ago, the astronomer, schiaparelli, thought to be canals.

Eng311: Hunting eagles


Hunting with birds is a very old sport. In some countries the golden eagle is used for hunting wild animals. They are used for hunting foxes and walves. Training on eagle to hunt takes a long time. Hunters catch young eagles in nets made of hair. After the eagle is taken to a field. A blindfold over the birds eyes keeps it queit until the hunter is ready. The eagle sits on the arm of hunter. The hunters arm is covered with a long. special glove to protect it from the sharp clawsof the bird.
